Placing an Order
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button and proceed to check out. Our shopping cart is secure and allows you to use your credit card for on-line ordering. All information provided is secured and confidential.

Terms
Current methods of payment are:
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover

Payment is due at the time the order is placed and is required before we will process the order. If payment is not made during checkout, the order will be cancelled immediately.

Return Policy
Basic returns will be accepted for non-personalized items only and a store credit, less shipping costs, will be given.

If the product you purchased was damaged during shipping, please return it to us and either a replacement or store credit, less shipping costs, will be given.

Vinyl lettering that has been removed from it's backing is not returnable and we will not guarantee it once this has happened. Again, we do not guarantee the vinyl lettering once they have been removed from the backing.

Shipping
All orders are custom made and will ship out in 1-3 business days from the day the order was placed. Please allow us the time needed to complete your order and for shipping time. All orders will ship via USPS Priority mail which guarantees delivery in 2-3 days.

Privacy Policy
Please know that your privacy is very important to us! When placing an order, you will be required to create an account that will store your contact information (name, address, shipping address, phone number and email address). This information will be stored so that the next time you shop with us, all you will need to do is log in to your account. This information is used only to process orders.

Your information will remain confidential. We will not distribute or sell any of the information you have given us. We will not allow a third party access to your personal information and we will not solicit you or contact you outside of the ordering process.

We do have a mailing list and if you have decided to sign up for this, you will receive an occasional newsletter via email, notifying you of new products being added or any specials we are running.
